Courage is calling...
“ Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one’s courage." - Anaïs Nin Hello, Reader! Heart beating wildly, mind racing... I am standing barefoot at the edge of a boat in Australia, staring down into the living, blue abyss of The Great Barrier Reef. Frozen. Not from fear of the water... From the fear of what it would actually mean to jump.... To make the leap without being totally ready... To know that if I could do THAT, what else could I do...? (Spoiler Alert... I jumped! And it was spectacular! Read more...) But the hardest form of courage isn’t always the leap into the unknown... Sometimes it’s the quiet, daily act of staying loyal to yourself. Finding the courage to be authentic is one the most underestimated acts of bravery in our culture. The courage to tell yourself, and others, the truth. To let go of something that isn't working. To say no to a version of yourself that once felt safe, but now feels too small. We live in a world that teaches us how to perform, adapt, and succeed… but rarely how to stay loyal to ourselves... I explore that, and more, in this latest post: 🎙️ Let me read it to you! 🎙️
