I recently jumped into one of Terri Trespicio's New Rules Studio open sessions, and immediately regretted not doing it more often! After just 30 mins of writing with no agenda, I walked away with a buried childhood memory that gave me the exact guidance I'd been looking for that morning... as well as a renewed fire in my belly to CREATE.

There's been an idea rolling around in the back corners of my mind for a while... a container for wider conversations about ALL different areas of life, love, and The Universe. A place for me to get my geek on and go deep into the topics that I often find myself talking to my private clients about, and haven't really had a place that they 'fit' into that made sense.

My dream has also been to continue adding more and more resources into the backpacks of all of those who join The Growth Cycle™ journey, so that not only do they have the tools and the framework, they also have access to additional information and resources to help it make even more sense on a daily basis.
